About Dr Meagan Lim

General Practitioner (GP)

Dr Meagan Lim graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2012 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and completed her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017. She has worked as a GP in rural communities including Tamworth and Moree, as well as across western and inner west Sydney.

Her special interests are in family planning and women’s health, including pregnancy care, contraceptive advice and menstrual concerns. She is a recognised GP antenatal shared care provider and offers cervical screening tests, and Implanon insertion and removal.

As a mother of two young children, she understands the realities of balancing health, family, and everyday life. She values building supportive and collaborative relationships with her patients, focusing on shared decision-making and preventative health.
